Birdie Box is on a mission to aid people living with different forms of memory loss. Our goal is to help the users of Birdie Box App to collaborate with the family/friends and caregivers on their memory loss journey from onset to end-of-life care. Birdie Box also works closely with research organisations, medical device companies, non-profit companies, and other research institutions (“Partners”) to help them find new/better innovations to improve the quality of life for people living with memory loss and their caregivers. Interested users of the Birdie Box App and Birdie Box Website have the opportunity to sign up for our newsletters. We are committed to providing our website and app users a safe and secure user experience. This privacy policy is also incorporated into the Birdie Box App (for iOS and android) and describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it.

We collect anonymous mobile phone/computer information to be able to provide the main service of this site,www.BirdieBox.ai. What kind of information do we collect?

  • When you register for the Birdie Box android or the iOS App, you provide us with your profile/contact information, i.e. your name, email address, age group, username, password, phone number and other registration information. You may also enter into our system health information, i.e. if you have been diagnosed with a specific health condition. We also process personal information for your use of the app: the results you obtain from the memory bank or AI integration, for example.
  • When you register with us, on the questionnaire page, we may ask you to provide us with your name, email address, phone number (To directly make a call to invited users), age group, and information relating to your medical conditions and history.
Birdie Box limits the collection and processing of personal and medical information to what is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is to be used.
